📋 Description
- • Configure and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation to ensure optimal system functionality.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within Workday to minimize operational disruptions and maintain system reliability.
- • Implement Workday enhancements and new features based on evolving business needs and system updates.
- • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Workday modules through regular audits, validation processes, and corrective actions.
- • Provide ongoing end-user support for Workday functionalities, addressing questions and resolving technical issues promptly.
- • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to educate HR and business users on Workday features and best practices.
- • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and cross-functional stakeholders to translate into effective Workday solutions.
- • Design, generate, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support HR analytics and decision-making.
- • Analyze HR data trends and insights from Workday to inform strategic workforce planning and operational improvements.
- • Support HR and business unit projects by participating in planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases involving Workday.
- • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to align system operations with organizational goals and workflows.
- • Communicate system changes, updates, and enhancements clearly to all affected users to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

- • Contribute to the successful delivery of people-first, cloud-based workforce management solutions that empower organizations worldwide.
