Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring secure, scalable, and auditable data exchange between HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and third-party systems.
  • • Own the integration lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and post-production support—while maintaining rigorous documentation, version control, and change-management protocols that meet SOX, SOC 1, and GDPR standards.
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for production integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes that reduce incident volume by 30 % and achieve 99.9 % uptime across critical feeds such as ADP, Kronos, Netsuite, Salesforce, and 20+ benefit carriers.
  • • Architect advanced Workday reports—custom, matrix, composite, BIRT, and dashboard—to deliver real-time workforce analytics on headcount, turnover, compensation, DEI, and talent metrics that empower C-suite, HRBPs, and line managers to make data-driven decisions.
  • • Translate complex business questions into scalable reporting solutions; create calculated fields, custom objects, and security-enabled data sources that comply with row-level security and role-based permissions while enabling self-service adoption across 2,100 global employees.
  • • Drive the rollout of Workday Prism Analytics datasets and Workday Extend apps that consolidate multi-source data, automate monthly headcount reconciliations, and reduce manual spreadsheet work by 40 hours per month per stakeholder group.
  • • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and M&A workstreams to design integration and reporting strategies for acquisitions, divestitures, and global expansions, ensuring Day-1 readiness and seamless employee experience across 60 languages and 30 office locations.
  • • Champion Workday release management—evaluate bi-annual feature drops, prototype new connectors, regression-test existing integrations, and deliver “lunch-and-learn” sessions that accelerate adoption of next-gen capabilities such as Workday Skills Cloud, Journeys, and Machine Learning insights.
  • • Mentor a high-performing team of 3-6 Workday analysts and developers; conduct code reviews, establish best-practice design patterns, and create reusable integration templates that cut future build time by 25 % while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • • Influence the multi-year Workday roadmap by presenting ROI analyses, cost-benefit studies, and risk assessments to executive steering committees, securing budget for Prism, Extend, and Adaptive Planning modules that position Aprio as a forward-thinking advisory firm.
  • • Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Internal Audit to enforce data privacy, segregation of duties, and penetration-testing protocols; maintain an up-to-date integration inventory and data-flow diagrams that satisfy client audits and external regulators.
  • • Represent Aprio at Workday Community, user groups, and conference panels, sharing success stories and gathering peer insights that refine our integration and analytics strategies while elevating the firm’s brand as a thought leader.
