  • • We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workday Support Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic HR Technology team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance Human Resources functions. You will play a crucial role in the administration and execution of a broad spectrum of HR processes within the Workday system, contributing significantly to the establishment and support of integrated systems that manage strategic HR information, programs, and services.
  • • The primary focus of this position is to enhance our capacity for streamlined HR workflows, ensuring the utmost accuracy, reliability, and validity of our workforce data. You will be instrumental in supporting the effective configuration, reporting, and meticulous maintenance of HR data across various functional areas. A strong commitment to the integrity, security, and confidentiality of employee data is paramount for this role.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing and providing robust support for HR databases, systems, and Workday modules that are critical for managing core Human Resources functions. This includes, but is not limited to, employee data management, job and position management, organizational structure maintenance, and all related processes.
  • • You will be a key resource for providing technical expertise and analytical support, focusing on the administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing execution of Workday business processes and system requirements that directly support our Human Resources objectives.
  • • Acting as a generalist resource within Workday, you will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders across multiple functional areas. Your ability to partner effectively will be essential in resolving routine system issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • • You will serve as a primary support resource, adept at resolving Tier 2 inquiries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for triaging more complex issues, escalating them to our HRIS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for specialized resolution.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve executing repeatable, standardized tasks that support critical HR functions such as Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Recruiting processes, and Learning Management, as designated by the team.
  • • Maintaining data accuracy is a core function. You will achieve this by performing regular data audits, running quality dashboards, and collaborating proactively with HRIS SMEs to identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • • You will actively assist with configuration updates, playing a role in implementing enhancements, managing system releases, and supporting process improvements that optimize HR operations.
  • • Contributing to knowledge management, you will support the development of comprehensive job aids and knowledge articles. Your participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release regression testing, along with other identified testing needs, will be vital for ensuring system stability and functionality.
  • • Adherence to established procedures and best practices will guide your work as you perform routine assignments and support standard HR system operations.
  • • You will analyze basic HR data, system configurations, and standard practices to make informed decisions that positively impact the work performed and the overall quality of our data.
  • • As an individual contributor, you will provide consistent and reliable support, operating with guidance from HR leadership to ensure alignment with departmental goals and company objectives.
  • • This role also includes performing other assigned duties and participating in various projects as needed, offering opportunities for growth and exposure to diverse HR technology initiatives.
