  • • As a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner, you will analyze and adjudicate New York Workers Compensation Lost-Time claims to determine benefits due, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • • Day to day, you will investigate claims, gather information, negotiate settlements within authority, communicate claim activity to claimants and clients, and report to excess carriers while maintaining professional and timely responses.
