- • Workers Compensation Claims Examiner role focused on adjudicating complex workers compensation lost-time claims for clients across MD, VA, and DC jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate benefit determinations in alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing claims through investigative action plans, negotiating settlements within authority, communicating claim status to claimants and clients, and reporting to excess carriers while maintaining compliance with service expectations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Demonstrated knowledge of MD, VA, and DC workers compensation jurisdictions
