- • As a Workers Compensation Consultant - Level 3 at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in analyzing complex workers' compensation claims to ensure accurate benefits determination, timely resolution, and cost containment for clients facing high-exposure situations involving litigation and rehabilitation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and gathering information on complex claims, calculating and managing reserves, negotiating settlements within authority, preparing state filings, managing litigation processes, coordinating vendor referrals, handling claim recoveries (subrogation, Second Injury Fund, Medicare/Medicaid offsets), and maintaining accurate documentation and communication with claimants and clients.
