📋 Description
- • The Workers’ Compensation Team Lead oversees daily operations of the WC claims team to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely handling of workers’ compensation claims, acting as a subject matter expert and key liaison between offshore teams and onsite leadership.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring WC claims staff; assigning and monitoring workloads; conducting team meetings and case reviews; supporting onboarding and training; tracking productivity and attendance; ensuring accurate claim investigation and resolution; providing guidance on compensability and settlements; escalating high-risk cases; ensuring regulatory compliance; partnering with QA teams; communicating quality feedback; preparing reports and dashboards; identifying process gaps; and maintaining communication with onsite leadership regarding team performance and operational updates.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience
- • 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- • Strong knowledge of WC laws, regulations, and claims best practices
- • Experience handling lost-time and complex claims
- • Experience with WC claims management systems (preferred)
- • Multi-state workers’ compensation experience (preferred)
