- • The Workflow & Systems Engineer role is critical to Group 1001’s mission of delivering outstanding value through operational excellence, focusing on eliminating manual effort and enabling zero-touch processing in customer operations via Zendesk and automation technologies.
- • Day to day, the engineer will own Zendesk configuration and optimization, design and implement AI-driven automations, build operational dashboards and reporting, partner with IT on integrations, and translate business needs into technical solutions while championing continuous process improvement.
- • Group 1001 is a technology-driven, consumer-centric family of insurance companies that values collaboration, communication, risk management, and outcomes, with a strong emphasis on employee development and inclusive culture.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in workflow engineering, AI and automation implementation, operational analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management, positioning them as a key driver of scalable, efficient operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow analysis, systems administration, or operations technology
- • Zendesk administration experience including configuration of triggers, automations, macros, routing, SLAs, and Explore reporting
