- • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for all new Revenue Specialists at Wisdom, ensuring a consistent, supportive, and high-quality experience from day one
- • Guide new hires through training on company policies, procedures, culture, and compliance standards specific to dental billing operations
- • Conduct one-on-one check-ins with Revenue Specialists to provide feedback, monitor progress, and assess engagement and satisfaction throughout onboarding
- • Train Revenue Specialists on multiple dental Practice Management Systems (PMS), building their confidence and competency before live client assignments
- • Design, update, and maintain visually clear and effective training materials using Canva to ensure content remains current and accessible
- • Identify skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies in new hires and create targeted assignments to address gaps before they begin working with dental offices
- • Track onboarding progress using administrative tools and ensure timely completion of all required milestones and checkpoints
- • Set up and configure new employees’ Google Workspace accounts including Chat, Drive, Calendar, and related tools
- • Assess work quality at key stages of onboarding to verify that Revenue Specialists meet Wisdom’s performance standards prior to going live
- • Collaborate with the Billing Operations Hiring & Onboarding Manager to align onboarding processes with hiring timelines and operational needs
- • Monitor onboarding outcomes including timelines, candidate feedback, and post-onboarding performance to identify areas for process improvement
- • Partner with broader operations and training teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness of the onboarding program
- • Ensure all onboarding documentation and administrative tasks are accurately maintained and updated to support scalability and compliance
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for new Revenue Specialists during their onboarding period, fostering a sense of belonging and support
- • Use data from feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine training content, delivery methods, and evaluation criteria
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of remote dental billing experience with a strong understanding of dental billing procedures and regulations
- • Extensive working knowledge of multiple dental Practice Management Systems (PMS)
- • Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Canva for designing and updating training materials
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to coach, encourage, and develop others
- • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
