- • Build and manage strategic partnerships with workforce development organizations, community colleges, nonprofits, employers, governments, and other institutions focused on preparing individuals for an AI-enabled economy.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for OpenAI’s Global Affairs Certifications partnerships, overseeing relationship lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- • Collaborate with Academy, Certifications, Go-to-Market, and Product teams to align workforce initiatives with organizational goals and resource availability.
- • Design, launch, and execute workforce programs centered on AI literacy, upskilling, and expanding economic opportunity through technology access.
- • Develop implementation playbooks and guidance materials to support partners in delivering OpenAI’s workforce programs effectively and consistently.
- • Establish clear goals, success metrics, and reporting structures with each partnership to ensure accountability and measurable impact.
- • Represent OpenAI at industry conferences, workshops, stakeholder roundtables, and training sessions to promote workforce initiatives and gather external insights.
- • Facilitate trainings and discussions with diverse stakeholders to advance public understanding of AI’s role in workforce transformation.
- • Monitor program outcomes, synthesize learnings, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to inform future programming and strategy.
- • Identify emerging trends in workforce development, credentialing, and adult learning to uncover new opportunities for OpenAI’s global impact.
- • Contribute to briefing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content that communicates OpenAI’s workforce vision to internal and external audiences.
- • Navigate complex public-private partnership dynamics to align incentives and drive collaborative outcomes across institutional boundaries.
- • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder needs.
- • Translate OpenAI’s mission of ensuring AGI benefits all of humanity into practical, scalable workforce programs that reduce inequality and expand opportunity.
- • Maintain deep alignment with OpenAI’s values of safety, inclusivity, and responsible AI deployment across all partnership activities.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Communications, and Global Affairs teams to ensure compliance, messaging consistency, and strategic coherence.
