📋 Description

• • As an IT Support Working Student at Planet Labs PBC in Berlin, you will be a vital part of the front-line IT team, ensuring employees across Europe and Asia have the tools they need to succeed in a mission-driven space and data company.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with device lifecycle management (unboxing, tagging, setting up macOS and Windows devices via Jamf and NinjaOne), providing first-line user support for hardware and software issues, maintaining meeting room readiness (Polycom and Zoom Rooms), supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, contributing to IT documentation improvements, and collaborating with the global IT team to support EMEA and APAC colleagues.
• • The IT support team is headquartered in Berlin with additional offices in Ljubljana and Haarlem, managing key processes such as device lifecycle, user support, and office IT infrastructure, using tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office365, Bitwarden, and Atlassian suite to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate IT operations, develop troubleshooting skills across platforms, learn to leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency, deepen familiarity with enterprise collaboration and MDM tools, and build professional communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, global environment—laying a foundation for future growth in IT or technology fields.
