You will be an integral part of a fast-paced, innovative environment, working in close collaboration with our esteemed Head of People & Culture and our dedicated People Operations Specialist.
• • As a key contributor, you will actively support a broad spectrum of tasks that span the entire employee lifecycle. From the initial stages of recruitment and onboarding to ongoing employee engagement and development, and through to offboarding, your contributions will be vital. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a tangible impact on a wide array of critical People & Culture projects, shaping the employee journey and contributing to a thriving workplace culture.
• • Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, providing a comprehensive learning experience. You will assist with essential administrative duties, which include the meticulous drafting of employment contracts, the preparation of crucial HR-related documents such as confirmation letters, visa support documentation, and formal invitations. This hands-on administrative work will build a strong foundation in HR compliance and documentation best practices.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), HiBob. You will be responsible for diligently updating employee details, uploading and meticulously organizing essential documents, and maintaining the overall health of our HR data. This task is paramount for efficient HR operations and informed decision-making.
• • Furthermore, you will play a supportive role in critical operational processes. This includes assisting with payroll documentation, contributing to the effective management of employee benefits, and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for all team members. Your involvement in these areas will provide insight into the operational backbone of HR.
• • Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR projects. This may involve supporting initiatives related to performance management reviews, assisting in the development and execution of feedback training programs, and participating in broader organizational development efforts.
