📋 Description

• As a Working Student Recruiting (Volume Hiring), you will help us hire quickly without cutting corners, and support our Customer Success & Training teams (CX) with volume hiring.
• You will work closely with the wider team, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way.
• Your daily business will include supporting end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from job posting to offer, screening applications and scheduling interviews for high-volume, fast-moving pipelines, and helping build university partnerships with career centers and student groups.
• You will also join campus events and info sessions that bring young talent into our pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in a relevant field
• Some exposure to recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination work
• Bias to action; moves before conditions are perfect and iterates in the open
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace
• Speak Fluent C1 German
