📋 Description

• Workplace/Employee Experience Specialist at Plaud AI Inc. in San Francisco, responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-organized workplace while fostering employee engagement and supporting company culture.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing office operations, managing budgets and expenses, maintaining office supplies and pantry stock, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards, supporting office relocation and setup, managing vendor relationships, organizing company events and employee experience programs, coordinating logistics for gatherings and team-building activities, and assisting with brand-related photo/video shoots and media engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in office management and HR, preferably with local exposure
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and statutory requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and work independently
• Experience supporting office renovation and/or relocation would be a plus
