- • The Xero Implementation Manager leads the implementation, migration, and adoption of Xero across client bases and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and effective platform usage to support business growth.
- • Day to day, the role involves onboarding small business clients onto Xero, delivering internal training to Customer Success, Onboarding, and Operations teams, resolving complex Xero queries, troubleshooting advanced issues, and creating scalable resources like guides and FAQs to improve efficiency.
- • 1st Formations Limited is a leading UK provider of company formation and compliance services, operating a modern, integrated technology platform that supports founders from formation to scaling, with a strong mission to make business essentials seamless and reliable.
- • In this role, the person will deepen their expertise in Xero implementation and training, influence product development and customer experience, and play a pivotal role in scaling the Accounting-as-a-Service division amid rapid company growth forecasted at 5x–10x over three years.
🎯 Requirements
- • Xero certification or equivalent deep practical experience
- • 80%+ of work focused on Xero implementations, migrations, and client training
- • Strong track record of implementing and migrating Xero for small business clients
- • Experience supporting clients through Xero setup and migration from scratch
- • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Xero-related issues
- • Experience designing and delivering Xero training for internal or client-facing teams
