📋 Description

• As a Xero Trainer at 1st Formations Limited, you will drive adoption and effective use of Xero across internal teams and client base, playing a critical role in ensuring employees and clients are confident, efficient, and self-sufficient when using the platform.
• You will design and deliver structured Xero training programmes for internal teams (Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.), create scalable training materials (video tutorials, guides, help centre content), own onboarding enablement from a Xero perspective, act as the internal subject matter expert for Xero-related queries, support Customer Success with complex or recurring Xero-related issues, identify common friction points in Xero usage, and collaborate with teams to reduce inbound support queries through better education.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in scalable training design, deepen your Xero proficiency, influence customer experience and product development, and contribute to reducing support volume while improving onboarding quality and client engagement with the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Xero - essential (ideally certified or equivalent practical experience)
• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a client-facing role within an accounting or SaaS environment
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or creating educational content (videos, guides, webinars)
• Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, structured, and user-friendly way
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, low-touch client environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to build scalable processes
