  • • Own the full YouTube content engine for one of the world’s most trusted financial brands, translating intimidating money topics into binge-worthy, human-first stories that reach millions and genuinely change how people feel about their finances.
  • • Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce 2–4 high-impact videos per week (5–12 minutes each) that demystify taxes, investing, retirement, and everyday money decisions—turning spreadsheets and jargon into characters, tension, and payoff that keep viewers watching to the last second.
  • • Direct on-camera talent (internal advisors, clients, and creators) in studio, on location, and remotely—guiding performance so that expertise feels like a conversation with a knowledgeable friend rather than a lecture.
  • • Shoot with cinema-grade mirrorless/DSLR rigs, LED panels, and wireless audio; capture B-roll that visually proves each point; and hand off organized, labeled drives to post-production partners while remaining the creative shepherd through color, sound design, and final export.
  • • Optimize every upload for YouTube success: craft click-worthy titles, design scroll-stopping thumbnails, write SEO-rich descriptions, and schedule premieres that align with audience behavior and global market hours.
  • • Mine YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ daily to track CTR, AVD, and retention curves; run rapid A/B tests on hooks, pacing, and packaging; and iterate formats weekly so the channel compounds growth instead of plateauing.
  • • Partner with internal compliance, legal, and brand teams to ensure every frame meets strict financial-services regulations—translating legalese into plain language without ever compromising accuracy or trust.
  • • Collaborate with Snowball’s 27-million-subscriber network to cross-pollinate audiences, borrow proven formats, and co-produce tent-pole series that elevate the client’s voice inside the broader financial conversation on YouTube.
  • • Build repeatable production systems: templatized pre-production docs, shared asset libraries, and Slack-based feedback loops that let distributed teams (editors, motion designers, fact-checkers, and marketers) move at creator speed without chaos.
  • • Champion accessibility—burned-in captions, clear visuals, and inclusive storytelling—so every viewer, regardless of background or ability, can walk away feeling smarter and more confident about their money.
  • • Pitch quarterly tent-pole campaigns tied to tax season, market volatility, and life milestones (first home, college, retirement) that ladder up to brand OKRs and generate earned media buzz across CNBC, Bloomberg, and TikTok finance corners.
  • • Serve as the face of YouTube innovation inside the client’s broader marketing org, running internal workshops that teach traditional marketers why storytelling beats product sheets and how data-driven creativity scales brand love.
