📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end production of long-form, YouTube-first content from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring creative vision is realized on time and within budget
- • Scout and secure filming locations while solving creative and logistical problems on the fly to support production efficiency and quality
- • Coordinate talent, crew, freelancers, vendors, and production partners to ensure seamless on-set execution and alignment with the director’s vision
- • Manage multiple production budgets and scheduling across concurrent projects, maintaining accurate production calendars and timelines
- • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and brand teams to align deliverables, approvals, and deadlines across departments
- • Anticipate and resolve production challenges before they disrupt shoots, minimizing delays and cost overruns
- • Support editors and creative collaborators by ensuring timely delivery of assets, feedback loops, and approvals throughout post-production
- • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders to keep productions organized, on track, and within scope
- • Build and refine production processes that scale efficiently over time, creating systems for repeatable success in fast-moving environments
- • Work closely with an award-winning director as a right-hand producer, translating high-level creative direction into actionable, executable plans
- • Produce content that explores craft, creativity, and the evolving role of design in technology, moving beyond traditional brand marketing to elevate the brand’s cultural voice
- • Ensure all deliverables meet high creative standards while adhering to client brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements for YouTube
- • Navigate complex production environments with a low-ego, collaborative mindset, fostering trust and clarity among creative and technical teams
- • Operate in a remote, US-based role with the requirement to be based in New York
- • Manage logistics for shoots that may occur across multiple locations, coordinating travel, permits, equipment, and contingency plans
- • Maintain organized documentation for all production phases, including call sheets, shot lists, vendor contracts, and post-production notes
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-standard environment without compromising quality or deadlines
- • Contribute to a culture that values being effectively proactive, overdelivering for clients, and maintaining clarity in communication
- • Support the production of content for a platform used by over 13 million monthly users, helping shape how design teams build and collaborate
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in production, line producing, production management, or digital content operations
- • Experience managing YouTube native or digital-first productions with strong understanding of production workflows and timelines
- • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, talent, and production crews
- • Systems-oriented mindset with ability to build scalable production processes
- • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly in fast-moving production environments
