📋 Description

• The Affiliate Associate role at Sportygroup B.V. is pivotal in driving brand growth and community engagement by managing and expanding SportyBet’s network of influencers, creators, and affiliate partners across social media platforms. This role directly contributes to customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and market presence in the competitive sports betting landscape by fostering authentic relationships and ensuring consistent, positive brand representation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, tipsters, and affiliate partners through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement; identifying and onboarding new affiliates via social media and digital communities; managing influencer/creator pages by monitoring activity, performance, and providing feedback to optimize results; tracking and analyzing social media trends, community sentiment, and affiliate performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities; and strengthening SportyBet’s presence in the wider online sports community by maintaining a professional, authentic, and consistent brand tone across all interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) and international online community culture
• Solid grasp of social media trends, sports culture, and sports betting fundamentals (markets, odds, fan engagement)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for sports, digital engagement, and community development
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and channels simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across teams
