  • • As an Account Executive for the Dutch Market at Eye Security, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle—from initial discovery and partner engagement to closing deals and post-sale follow-up—directly contributing to the company’s mission of making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes across Europe.
  • • You will act as the primary liaison between Eye Security and its assigned partners, including brokers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring consistent communication, enabling partner success through training and resources, and advancing deals through the pipeline by aligning partner incentives with Eye’s value proposition.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will include proactive pipeline building through strategic partner outreach, timely follow-up on marketing-generated and partner-sourced leads, conducting discovery calls to uncover customer pain points related to cyber risk, and delivering tailored solution presentations that emphasize risk reduction, business continuity, and operational resilience over mere cost savings.
  • • You will apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, forecast accurately, and navigate complex stakeholder environments, while collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and provide frontline feedback for product iteration.
  • • Representing Eye Security at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums will be a key part of your role, allowing you to strengthen brand visibility, gather market intelligence, and identify emerging opportunities within the Dutch cybersecurity landscape.
  • • You will work within a high-performance, mission-driven sales team that values ownership, initiative, and data-informed decision-making, operating in a fast-growing scale-up environment where your contributions directly influence market expansion and product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals with a strong track record in customer-centric discovery and solution selling.
  • • Expertise selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services where the value proposition centers on risk reduction, business continuity, and strategic impact rather than price alone.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong partner relationships, including brokers and MSPs, with experience in enablement, joint planning, and deal progression.
  • • Familiarity with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar methodologies for opportunity qualification and forecasting.
  • • Fluency in both English and Dutch (spoken and written) is required to engage effectively with local partners and customers.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for partner meetings, industry events, and internal collaborations.
