  • • Supabase is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead our growth within the dynamic Latin American (LATAM) market. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, developer-first company that is revolutionizing the backend development landscape with its open-source Postgres platform. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging directly with innovative startups and technical founders to introduce them to the power and flexibility of Supabase.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating potential clients on how Supabase can significantly enhance their development workflows, accelerate their time-to-market, and scale their applications effectively.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves conducting in-depth technical discovery sessions to thoroughly understand prospective customers' unique challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements. You will then expertly articulate how Supabase's comprehensive suite of services—including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search—can be tailored to meet these specific needs. This requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering tangible business value.
  • • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with our talented Sales Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase Supabase's capabilities and technical advantages. Furthermore, you will partner with the Product team to provide valuable market feedback, helping to shape the future roadmap of our platform based on real-world customer interactions and emerging market trends.
  • • Building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline is paramount. You will employ creative and value-driven sales methodologies to identify and engage with new business opportunities across the LATAM region. This includes leveraging your network, participating in industry events (both virtual and in-person), and executing targeted outreach campaigns. Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets will be a primary measure of your success.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of developer workflows, infrastructure products, and the challenges faced by modern software development teams. You should be comfortable engaging in technical conversations with founders, engineers, and other technical decision-makers, demonstrating a genuine passion for technology and its potential to drive business innovation.
  • • This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous startup environment. You must be adaptable, resilient, and possess the drive to make a significant impact. The ability to navigate complex sales landscapes, build rapport quickly, and maintain a high level of productivity while working remotely is essential.
