📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, complex workflows, and approval processes to support enterprise work management needs.
• Execute technical configurations strictly within approved design parameters to ensure system integrity and alignment with established architecture.
• Build and support workflow automation using Workfront Fusion, including scenario development, logic mapping, and trigger-based actions.
• Assist in integrating Workfront with other enterprise systems via APIs and automated workflow logic to enable seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
• Support quality assurance activities including testing cycles, remediation of defects, and ongoing system refinements to ensure high-performance outputs.
• Proactively identify and flag technical risks, misalignments, or configuration deviations that could impact system stability or architectural integrity.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date technical documentation for all configurations, integrations, and system changes to serve as the single source of truth.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical team members to deliver scalable, efficient work management solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Communicate technical risks, limitations, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams including non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all Workfront implementations adhere to best practices in design, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in requirement analysis to translate business processes into technical Workfront configurations.
• Support ongoing platform optimization by analyzing usage patterns and recommending improvements to workflows, forms, or integrations.
• Document integration points, data mappings, and error handling procedures for all Workfront Fusion automations.
• Work within a remote, global team environment to deliver high-impact projects for U.S.-based clients in the advertising and creative technology sector.
• Maintain compliance with client-specific governance standards and change management protocols.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and mentoring junior team members on Workfront best practices.
• Engage in iterative refinement of Workfront implementations based on user feedback and system performance metrics.
• Stay current with Adobe Workfront releases and feature updates to recommend platform enhancements.
• Assist in onboarding new users by creating training materials and guiding configuration decisions consistent with documented standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate configuration outcomes against functional requirements before deployment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation using Workfront Fusion and other connected tools.
• Ensure all system changes are tested in staging environments prior to production rollout.
• Maintain version control and audit trails for all configuration modifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration experience
• Experience with Workfront Fusion for scenario building and workflow automation
• Solid understanding of APIs and automated workflow logic
• Proven ability to debug configurations and bridge integration gaps
• High discipline in maintaining clean, clear technical documentation
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks to cross-functional teams
