- • As the Customer Operation Launch Manager, you will serve as the primary internal liaison to lead the launch of new products within Professional Services and Customer Support, ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver world-class healthcare solutions to customers.
- • You will mobilize cross-functional efforts to define implementation and support strategies, develop tools, and execute programs that drive successful product launches from early access pilots to commercial availability, maximizing customer time-to-value and company time to revenue.
- • Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care Launch at PointClickCare Technologies Inc., you will work within a dynamic, mission-driven organization focused on transforming long-term and post-acute care through innovative SaaS solutions.
- • You will gain deep expertise in SaaS product launches, cross-functional leadership, and healthcare operations, while building influence and authority by navigating ambiguity and driving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong project management skills
- • Experience in SaaS new product introduction (NPI) processes and launching healthcare or technology solutions
- • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and lead with authority without direct reports
- • Strong business acumen and organizational skills to navigate ambiguity and define clear launch strategies
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product leaders, customer operations, and support teams
