- • As a Sales Development Representative at PointClickCare, you will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects for electronic health record solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping providers deliver exceptional care.
- • Day to day, you will engage with assigned territories to understand prospect needs, conduct research, use CRM tools to track activities, schedule discovery calls with Account Executives, and support account-based campaigns to increase wallet share and revenue targets.
- • You will join a collaborative, high-performing sales team that values enablement and individual growth, working closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and a dedicated SDR Program Manager who provides coaching and mentorship to drive success.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare technology sales, master CRM systems, refine territory and account planning skills, and gain a clear pathway for advancement into other sales roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • You are goal oriented, driven, and positive with a passion for sales and learning what makes businesses tick.
- • You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and are resilient in the face of customer rejections.
- • You have strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, along with some experience in entry-level sales and a Post-Secondary Degree or College Diploma.
- • You have some experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), though it is not a strict requirement.
