📋 Description

• As a Consumer Insights Consultant on a 3-month contract, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Pebl’s consumer survey program by driving higher engagement and extracting more actionable insights from survey data—directly impacting how the company understands and serves its global talent marketplace.
• You will evaluate and optimize current survey strategies, improve design and distribution, analyze results for meaningful trends, and support G2 review growth initiatives—all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure insights inform business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or survey analytics
• Strong expertise in survey design and engagement optimization
• Experience analyzing survey data and translating findings into actionable insights
• Familiarity with survey platforms and consumer research tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience working in consulting or project-based roles preferred
