📋 Description
- • The Director of Sales – Mid-Market at Zenoti leads new customer acquisition for businesses with up to 20 locations, driving net new ARR growth in a fast-growing SaaS company serving the beauty and wellness industry.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing and developing a team of 6–8 Account Executives, owning pipeline generation and forecast accuracy, executing Challenger sales methodology, conducting weekly pipeline reviews, and coaching reps to sell on ROI and long-term value.
- • Zenoti is a cloud-based, all-in-one software provider powering over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios across 50+ countries, recently valued at over $1 billion and recognized as a Great Place to Work, with backing from TPG and accolades from GeekWire and Deloitte.
- • In this role, the individual can develop leadership expertise in scaling high-performance sales teams, master data-driven sales operations, and contribute to Zenoti’s mission of becoming the recognized strategic growth platform for its clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of building and leading teams that deliver sustained net new ARR growth.
- • Data-driven leadership with strong command of pipeline math, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- • Executive presence and strong communication skills with both customers and internal leaders.
