  • • Own and consistently exceed enterprise quota through net-new logo acquisition in the West Coast region
  • • Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value SaaS deals targeting senior marketing and sales leaders
  • • Run multi-threaded sales processes engaging stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, and C-suite levels
  • • Build and manage your own pipeline using outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and active presence at industry events
  • • Become a deep product expert to credibly sell Vendelux’s AI-powered event marketing platform to personas ranging from field marketers to CMOs
  • • Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Data teams to align on customer feedback and secure resources for active deals
  • • Travel to events on the West Coast a few times per quarter to engage prospects, attend industry conferences, and strengthen partner relationships
  • • Position Vendelux as the system of record for event marketing by demonstrating how proprietary insights from 250,000+ events drive measurable ROI
  • • Translate event data and AI-driven meeting recommendations into compelling business cases that convert prospects into enterprise customers
  • • Work remotely from the West Coast while maintaining alignment with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams
  • • Represent Vendelux at key industry events to expand partner networks and generate qualified leads
  • • Leverage experience from high-growth SaaS startups to operate efficiently with limited resources and adapt quickly to evolving priorities
  • • Maintain high standards for performance and execution, consistently raising the bar for yourself and the team
  • • Partner with event organizers to understand first-party attendee and sponsorship data flows that enhance Vendelux’s platform value
  • • Use insights from customer interactions to inform product roadmap feedback and improve go-to-market strategy
  • • Navigate complex organizational structures with multiple decision-makers to close large, strategic deals
  • • Deliver consistent, measurable pipeline growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • • Maintain a hunter mentality by proactively identifying and pursuing new enterprise opportunities without relying on inbound leads
  • • Align sales activities with Vendelux’s mission to transform events into a scalable, data-driven growth channel

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS company, with at least 2 years in enterprise sales
  • • Consistent quota attainment and a verifiable track record of progression in sales performance
  • • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS startup with limited resources and fast-paced environments
  • • Proven ability to build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic networking
  • • Strong executive presence and experience navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • • Hunter mentality with a self-driven approach to lead generation and deal progression
