- • As a Principal Cloud Engineer at Plain Concepts S.L., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud-native and AI-driven platforms, designing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure that powers cutting-edge client solutions across global markets. Your expertise will directly influence architectural decisions that enable innovation in AI, data, and software integration, making you a key driver of technical excellence and business impact.
- • You will lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure, owning end-to-end infrastructure for AI-powered systems including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), document ingestion pipelines, vector search, and LLM integrations, while ensuring production-grade reliability, security, and observability.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and evolving CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, developing reusable Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and implementing DevSecOps best practices to automate and harden application and infrastructure delivery.
- • You will design and operate high-availability environments with a focus on performance monitoring, logging, cost optimization, and reliability, leveraging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure systems meet stringent production SLAs.
- • Collaborating closely with AI, data, and software engineering teams, you will productionize ML/LLM workflows using MLOps principles, proposing technical improvements and contributing to roadmaps that align cloud capabilities with business goals.
- • Operating within Agile, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams, you will take full ownership from design through deployment and operations, driving continuous improvement through technical leadership, mentorship, and proactive problem-solving in a culture that values innovation and accountability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in real production environments, including hands-on work with IaaS, PaaS, and serverless services.
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles, with proven success designing and implementing scalable cloud-native architectures.
- • Solid knowledge of networking, security, and governance models in cloud environments, with experience securing and monitoring high-traffic production platforms.
- • Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines) and CI/CD practices, including building and maintaining automated pipelines for application and infrastructure.
- • Strong background in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, with emphasis on reusability, scalability, and maintainability of code.
- • Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based platforms in production, including experience with RAG, vector search, document processing, or integration with LLM providers.
- • Comfortable working with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence in multidisciplinary teams.
- • Fluent English (mandatory) for daily collaboration with international teams and clients.
