📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at CI&T, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of automotive technology by leading the product strategy for a high-visibility partnership focused on Dealer Management System (DMS) integrations and API ecosystems.
• This role transcends traditional product management; you will act as the strategic architect, bridging the critical gap between overarching global business objectives and the intricate realities of technical execution.
• You will be the primary driver of the product discovery process, independently identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses, and defining product requirements that align with international stakeholder needs and market demands.
• Your core responsibility will be to define and own the product roadmap, ensuring it is not only technically feasible but also delivers significant business impact and supports the growth trajectory of our clients in the automotive sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in API ecosystems, integration strategies, and understanding of how different systems communicate and exchange data.
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or similar complex enterprise software solutions within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements and a clear product roadmap.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both domestically and internationally.
• Experience in driving product discovery, conducting user research, and validating product-market fit.
• A 'product-first' mindset with a passion for building innovative and user-centric solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
