• • As a Senior Java Developer at CI&T Inc., you will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into robust, scalable backend services that power AI-driven tech solutions for global clients.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot, implementing and evolving REST and gRPC APIs, ensuring service reliability through testing and troubleshooting, working with PostgreSQL and Redis, building and debugging containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE), applying security practices like OAuth2/OIDC and JWT, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to CI/CD workflows using Tekton/Jenkins and ArgoCD, and mentoring team members during technical discussions and design reviews.
