- • The Legal Operations Practice Manager will implement AI workflows and oversee the execution layer of a Senior Partner’s Corporate and M&A practice, ensuring complex, multi-party matters progress with clarity, continuity, and control in a high-volume, high-stakes environment serving founders, executives, and private capital clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving AI-driven process innovation, maintaining end-to-end matter visibility and tracking, coordinating across attorneys, co-counsel, clients, and external counterparties, preparing decision-ready matter summaries, anticipating and resolving risks, and supporting transaction pipeline visibility and business development follow-through.
- • Sterlington PLLC is a full-service law firm focusing on complex corporate, litigation, executive compensation, and private wealth matters, with a strong emphasis on the economic as well as legal aspects of client matters, serving founders, senior executives, and UHNWIs.
- • The role offers the opportunity to build and deploy AI workflows in a professional legal context, gain deep exposure to high-stakes transactional practice, develop structured systems thinking, and enhance operational scalability while working 100% remotely on EST hours reporting to the Head of Corporate/M&A Practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on AI fluency: You have built and deployed workflows in a professional context
- • Experience in practice management, legal operations, or transactional coordination within a law firm or professional services environment
- • Legal background preferred: J.D. or equivalent; US corporate and M&A familiarity is a strong plus
- • Native or full professional English fluency required
- • Structured, systems-oriented mindset: You introduce clarity without over-engineering
