- • Reporting to the Associate Director, this role is a critical component of our social media team. You will be instrumental in developing and executing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies specifically tailored for B2B businesses, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented agency setting. - • Key Responsibilities:
- • Oversee and strategically lead a portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Abe Global's best practices.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact and direct support for key client stakeholders, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- • Facilitate seamless collaboration with vendors and operational partners through weekly communication, ensuring alignment on tasks, maintaining high work quality, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- • Develop comprehensive, data-driven LinkedIn strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, outlining clear objectives, target audiences, and tactical execution plans.
- • Create, manage, and meticulously optimize paid media campaign budgets to maximize return on investment and achieve client goals.
- • Cultivate a deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions to inform strategic recommendations.
- • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of lead routing processes within client CRM systems, contributing to effective sales funnel management.
- • Maintain high personal productivity and utilization rates, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure both internal agency goals and client-specific objectives are met and surpassed.
- • Gain and apply a thorough understanding of the value and application of programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader paid media strategy.
- • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through exceptional client relationship management and leveraging your professional network.
- • Execute and continuously optimize advertising campaigns within the LinkedIn platform, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing tailored targeting parameters, and implementing advanced audience segmentation to maximize ROI.
- • Analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms to derive actionable insights and inform data-driven optimization decisions.
- • Drive measurable results and track performance against key metrics, including our proprietary OCT (Outcome Conversion Tracking) framework.
- • Implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies based on tier, job title, industry, and other relevant criteria to ensure precise targeting.
- • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering measurable success with mid-market and enterprise-level client accounts.
- • Effectively translate complex strategic concepts and data insights into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.

- • Building strong, enduring client trust and relationships that lead to consistent contract renewals and long-term partnerships.

- • Clearly and concisely communicating campaign results, strategic insights, and performance updates to client points of contact and executive leadership.
