- • Join Deliveroo as a Marketing & Promotions Associate and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of food delivery by executing innovative marketing strategies for our expanding grocery and retail verticals, Deliveroo Plus subscription service, and exciting new customer promotions. This role is crucial in driving customer acquisition, enhancing customer value, and fostering strong partnerships, all while contributing to Deliveroo's mission to become the definitive food company.
- • In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and submitting campaign briefs and terms and conditions for monthly new customer promotion strategies, with the primary goal of increasing incremental new customers to the platform. You will meticulously manage the new-to-vertical customer promotion calendar, overseeing the entire lifecycle from promotion setup to detailed spend tracking, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency. Furthermore, you will manage Deliveroo Plus promotions, from their initial setup through to comprehensive spend tracking, aiming to drive adoption of new verticals and add significant value for our customers. Your role will also extend to managing partner promotions, encompassing everything from setup to in-depth promotion adoption analysis. A key aspect of your work will involve briefing the customer care team on all ongoing promotions and actively assisting in resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- • As a key point of contact for Deliveroo Plus campaigns within the UAE market, you will collaborate closely with the central Deliveroo Plus team to guarantee the smooth and successful launch of these initiatives. This will involve undertaking thorough monthly competitor analysis to stay ahead of the market and inform our strategies. You will also manage partner promotions, from their initial setup to detailed analysis of their adoption, and oversee the Purchase Order (PO) management for all partner campaigns. For Partner / Deliveroo Plus Silver campaigns, you will be responsible for sending briefs to the central Plus team and managing customer care queries related to these partnerships, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
- • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with various internal teams, including product, operations, and finance, to ensure all marketing campaigns are strategically aligned and effectively executed. You will actively foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving marketing excellence across the board. Your collaboration will extend to the CRM, digital media, brand, and studio teams to develop robust marketing plans and ensure high-quality creative execution. This integrated approach is vital for achieving our ambitious growth targets and reinforcing Deliveroo's market leadership.
