• • This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of establishing yourself as a trusted and respected partner with our regional sales stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to translate sales goals into actionable marketing tactics and impactful programs. You will collaborate closely with global demand generation teams to build and drive integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Owning, defining, and driving the regional marketing plan will be central to your success, ensuring alignment with market priorities and delivering measurable results.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to managing the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and providing consistent, insightful reporting. You will coordinate regional planning and execution with both sales and marketing stakeholders, crafting campaigns designed to drive engagement, generate high-quality leads, and deliver against pipeline targets. A key aspect of this role is maintaining ownership of the region’s performance through rigorous analysis, continuous optimization, and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. You will be tasked with owning the leads process through the entire funnel, devising innovative programs and activities to accelerate lead time-to-value and maximize conversion rates.
• • Furthermore, you will identify strategic focus areas within the DACH market and build targeted plans to drive expansion and deepen our market penetration. Thinking creatively about customer journeys will be essential, ensuring we drive engagement from initial awareness all the way through to conversion. This includes implementing regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and executive engagement programs tailored to the unique needs of our enterprise clients in the DACH region. You will also partner closely with the sales development team to develop and execute effective inbound and outbound campaigns, ensuring seamless lead handoff and follow-up. Leveraging our partner ecosystem will be another critical component, working with the Partner team to harness their reach and build integrated marketing campaigns with key strategic partners.
