  • • As a Paid Ads Manager at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving measurable performance improvements for fast-growing global clients by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across key digital platforms, directly contributing to client ROI and scalable growth in a remote-first, US-time-zone-aligned environment.
  • • You will own the end-to-end execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, PMAX), Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), while collaborating with external Programmatic and CTV partners to support upper-funnel strategies, ensuring alignment between targeting, messaging, budget allocation, and performance feedback to maximize campaign efficiency and lead quality.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in advanced paid media automation, AI-enhanced bidding strategies, cross-channel attribution, and emerging platform testing (e.g., TikTok, Reddit), while gaining hands-on experience in documenting and scaling workflows that improve team-wide consistency and client reporting transparency.
  • • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, PMAX), Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), including bid strategy implementation, audience refinement, and creative performance analysis to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL.
  • • Support planning and optimization of upper-funnel campaigns in partnership with external Programmatic Display and Connected TV (CTV) vendors by coordinating targeting parameters, messaging inputs, budget pacing, and performance feedback loops to ensure alignment with client demand-generation goals.
  • • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and related tools, ensuring accurate data collection and attribution modeling to support reliable performance insights and optimization decisions.
  • • Apply automated bidding and conversion optimization strategies (e.g., Maximize Conversions, Target CPA/ROAS) across platforms, continuously testing and refining parameters based on performance trends to maximize efficiency and scale.
  • • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities through regular reporting, variance analysis, and hypothesis-driven testing, translating data into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • • Assist with testing and evaluation of new lead-generation platforms and channels (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, emerging ad networks), including setup, pilot execution, and performance benchmarking to inform future investment decisions.
  • • Document workflows, optimization processes, and best practices in centralized knowledge bases to support consistency, onboarding, and scalability across multiple client accounts and team members.
  • • Use AI-driven, automation, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, automation scripts) to streamline campaign management, reduce manual effort, and generate real-time insights for faster decision-making.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, account management) to align paid media execution, tracking, and reporting across clients, ensuring cohesive messaging and unified performance narratives.
  • • Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and industry best practices through continuous learning, platform certifications, and active participation in paid media communities to maintain competitive edge and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, and PMAX formats
  • • Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals, including setup and troubleshooting
  • • Proven experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts with varying goals and industries
  • • Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and making data-backed optimization decisions
  • • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, including basic creative testing and audience targeting
  • • Prior remote work experience is required, with demonstrated fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, and a track record of successful collaboration with US- or UK-based companies
