This role offers a unique chance to be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding specialty agency.
- • In this position, you will operate under the internal title of Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising. You will work directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients, taking the lead in communicating campaign results, developing bespoke strategies, and executing paid media deliverables. This role is critical to the success of our social media team and reports directly to the Associate Director. You will gain invaluable experience in crafting high-performing LinkedIn strategies tailored specifically for B2B businesses.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include:
- • Overseeing and leading a portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
- • Serving as the primary point of contact and direct support for client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- • Engaging in weekly communication with vendors and operational partners to ensure seamless task assignment, maintain high work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- • Developing comprehensive, data-driven strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, aligning with their overarching business objectives.
- • Creating, meticulously maintaining, and optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- • Cultivating a deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning and value propositions to inform strategic decisions.
- • Ensuring accurate lead routing within client CRM systems, facilitating efficient lead management and conversion.
- • Taking ownership of personal productivity and utilization, consistently meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
- • Collaborating closely with the Associate Director to guarantee the achievement of both internal and client-specific goals.
- • Developing a strong understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within the broader media mix.
- • Proactively identifying and driving opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through cultivated client relationships and your professional network.
- • Executing and continuously optimizing advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing targeted audiences, and refining targeting parameters to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- • Analyzing campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- • Measuring success through our proprietary Customer Generation (CG) methodology, which focuses on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional metrics like MQLs.
- • Implementing sophisticated audience segmentation strategies based on tier, job title, and other relevant criteria to ensure precise targeting.
- • Demonstrating proven and measurable success in managing mid-market or enterprise-level accounts.
- • Translating complex strategic concepts and data insights into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal teams.
- • Exhibiting a blend of competitive drive and insatiable curiosity, functioning as a true problem-solver.
- • Staying at the cutting edge of the digital advertising industry, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth and sharing knowledge with the team.
- • Effectively organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- • Maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality in all aspects of your work, upholding the integrity and soul of advertising.
- • Traveling to client sites approximately once per year, per client, or as otherwise needed to foster relationships and strategic alignment.
- • Success in this role will be defined by your ability to embody our core values in all interactions, effectively manage a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet and exceed department-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a particular focus on client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and Client Satisfaction scores. Building strong client trust and relationships that lead to consistent renewals, proactively cross-selling services that align with client goals, and clearly communicating results to client contacts and executives will be paramount. Exceptional decision-making regarding the strategic direction of accounts will also be a key indicator of success.
