- • As a (Managing) Service Lead Salesforce (m/w/d), you will drive strategic growth for clients by developing business models and advancing their Salesforce ecosystems, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable value creation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include steering multiple Salesforce clients at a strategic level, identifying growth opportunities, advising C-level decision-makers, managing customer account development, leading consultants, and shaping the expansion of our Managed-Service offerings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or comparable roles with direct customer responsibility
- • Proven experience in advising and managing C-level stakeholders and building trusted, long-term customer relationships
- • Solid Salesforce knowledge, preferably with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- • Ability to analyze complex requirements, evaluate them strategically, and transform them into scalable, business-oriented solutions
