  • • As a Marketing Producer & Campaign Manager at Agent Inc., you will be the driving force behind turning marketing ideas into tangible, measurable outcomes—ensuring campaigns launch on time, events run smoothly, and content reaches the right audience with precision. This role is critical to scaling the company’s market presence by bridging strategy and execution in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • • You will own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing everything from initial brief and asset coordination to launch, tracking, and performance review—ensuring no detail is missed across copy, design, landing pages, and tracking systems.
  • • You will coordinate the company’s presence at industry conferences and events, handling booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, speaker preparation, swag management, and pre/post-event campaigns, while also identifying and evaluating new event opportunities in partnership with the team.
  • • You will organize and run hosted events and webinars from concept to follow-up, managing registrations, technical setup, speaker coordination, and post-event content distribution to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • • You will own and maintain the marketing calendar in Notion, ensuring all campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables are visible, updated, and trusted by cross-functional teams in sales, growth, and product.
  • • You will manage projects using Notion, creating briefs, setting timelines, tracking tasks, and conducting post-mortems to continuously improve processes and accountability across marketing initiatives.
  • • You will serve as the primary liaison between marketing and external vendors or agencies, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, quality, and budget while maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  • • You will spin up digital campaigns across paid and organic channels (e.g., email, LinkedIn, paid social) in coordination with stakeholders, supporting content production by briefing writers, managing review cycles, and overseeing publishing schedules.
  • • You will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using available tools, identifying what’s working, flagging underperforming elements, and recommending optimizations to improve ROI and pipeline impact.
  • • You will work closely with the CMO, sales, growth, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals, gradually gaining influence over strategic direction as you build context and trust.
  • • Over time, you will develop deep expertise in B2B GTM motion, sales intelligence, and RevOps marketing, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to campaign strategy—not just execution—based on data, customer insights, and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Impeccable English & Communication Skills: Must have flawless written and spoken English, with proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally across teams and external stakeholders.
  • • US Cultural Fluency: Lived, studied, or worked in the United States for 3+ years, with deep understanding of US B2B tech nuances, buyer behavior, and market expectations.
  • • B2B Marketing Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing integrated B2B campaigns, with strong emphasis on complex project management and cross-channel coordination.
  • • Data Literacy: Familiarity with GTM/data/RevOps landscape, including sales automation, enrichment tools, and personas relevant to revenue teams.
  • • Technical Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Intercom, Google Suite, and Notion for campaign execution, tracking, and project management.
  • • Producer Mindset: Comfortable executing both digital tactics (e.g., email sequences) and physical/logistical efforts (e.g., 10x10 conference booth) with equal rigor and ownership.
  • • Methodical Organization & Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts with precision, accountability, and proactive communication.
  • • Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a portfolio of integrated B2B campaigns personally managed from ideation to measurement, including clear role breakdowns, asset examples, and measurable results.
