• • As a Professional Services Consultant at Contrast Security, you will be instrumental in delivering high-impact onboarding and comprehensive consulting services to our valued clientele. This position demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strategic advisory capabilities, enabling our customers to successfully adopt and derive maximum value from our cutting-edge solutions.
• • In this dynamic, hybrid role, you will engage directly with customers, taking the lead on implementations, optimizing their utilization of our products, providing essential enablement and training, and acting as their most trusted technical advisor. You will serve as a crucial link between pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring seamless transitions and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from the initial kickoff meeting through to a successful transition to our support teams. The focus will always be on achieving rapid time-to-value and fostering strong product adoption.
• • You will act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our customers, offering expert best practices, invaluable technical guidance, and strategic recommendations meticulously tailored to their specific business objectives and challenges.
• • This role involves hands-on configuration, integration, and customization of our solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust technical solutions that precisely meet the unique requirements of each customer.
• • You will facilitate engaging technical workshops and deliver comprehensive training sessions designed to empower customers, enhance their understanding, and promote self-sufficiency in managing their security posture.
• • Close collaboration with our Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to thoroughly understand customer needs, meticulously define project scopes, and ensure a clear alignment of expectations from the outset.
• • Providing regular, clear, and concise updates on project progress to both customers and internal stakeholders is a key duty. This includes proactively identifying potential risks and developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• • You will be tasked with developing and maintaining high-quality, professional customer-facing documentation and project deliverables that accurately reflect the work performed and the value delivered.
• • Through your interactions and feedback from customers, you will identify opportunities for offering additional services, suggesting product optimizations, or contributing to the development of new product enhancements, thereby driving continuous improvement and customer value.
• • Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our delivery methodologies, internal playbooks, and best practices within the Professional Services team is highly encouraged, fostering a culture of learning and efficiency.
