- • The Proposals and Budgeting Systems Manager supports the Associate Director in building and maintaining financial and operational tools critical to Business Operations, enabling accurate budget development and reporting for internal and external clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial tools, collaborating across departments to analyze budgetary needs, ensuring task trackers are updated, implementing resource rates across departments, and working with finance teams and external consultants to align systems with reporting requirements.
- • The role involves training Business Operations and operations staff on tool usage and interpretation, ensuring compatibility with ERP and Salesforce systems, supporting unique client requests requiring system adjustments, and contributing to departmental initiatives as needed.
- • The position is part of Precision Medicine Group’s Business Operations team, where the individual will strengthen financial modeling capabilities, improve system integration, and gain hands-on experience in healthcare-focused budgeting systems within a remote, India-based role supporting global operations.
- • The person will achieve mastery in budgeting systems, enhance analytical and automation skills using Excel and VBA, and contribute to scalable financial tools that support clinical research and pharmaceutical service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) + 5 years of related experience
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modelling, and pivot tables
- • Working experience with Excel VBA for automation, tool enhancement, or workflow optimization
- • Demonstrated experience developing analytical tools or systems supporting clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related environments
- • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost modelling, and model development and analysis
- • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
