📋 Description

• • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and data-driven applications using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• • Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• • Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing, including load and stress testing, to validate application reliability.
• • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports for all assigned projects.
• • Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure end-to-end quality and adherence to requirements.
• • Perform data validation and backend testing, including database verification and data integrity checks using SQL.
• • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test scenarios.
• • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support iterative delivery.
• • Identify, log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring timely resolution and validation.
• • Support defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution validation in partnership with development teams.
• • Analyze defect trends, test metrics, and quality reports to identify high-risk areas and recommend process improvements.
• • Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure Pipelines to enable continuous quality validation.
• • Ensure adherence to quality standards, change management processes, and compliance requirements in regulated healthcare or life sciences environments.
• • Create and maintain documentation such as Wiki pages, SOPs, and reusable QA artifacts to standardize testing practices.
• • Troubleshoot quality issues and continuously optimize testing processes, workflows, and procedures.
• • Support the design and execution of testing plans for platforms, products, and client-specific solutions in collaboration with Senior QA/Lead.
• • Execute test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements, customer feedback, and prioritization.
• • Manage testing efforts across multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• • Prepare effort estimates for testing tasks and clearly understand the scope and impact of testing activities.
• • Follow established change management procedures for application updates and system modifications.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
