- • Grow as a technical leader by driving product development, mentoring engineers, and shaping R&D strategy in a remote-first role with up to 15% domestic travel as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- • 7+ years of experience in software development
- • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- • Proven track record of successful R&D projects and product development
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
