- • As Manager, Learning Services at Cayenta (a division of Harris Computer Systems Corporation), you will lead the Learning Services department within Professional Services, directly overseeing training staff and driving the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for customers across new implementations and existing client bases. Your role is critical to improving customer knowledge, skills, and consistency in product usage, which directly supports service utilization, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- • Day to day, you will plan training programs aligned with business goals, oversee curriculum and learning resources, lead and develop a team of training specialists (including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and coaching), manage revenue forecasts, evaluate learning outcomes, implement mentorship programs, recommend innovative training methods (e.g., e-learning, game-based platforms), design professional development using instructional design principles, lead customer training initiatives (webinars, in-person sessions, job aids), coordinate with external vendors, develop training strategies based on needs assessments, support conference training activities, expand Services offerings and partnerships, and collaborate with Sales to maximize business opportunities.
- • You will join a dedicated Professional Services team within Cayenta, a leading provider of enterprise resource management solutions for local government, utilities, and financial industries. Cayenta operates under Harris Computer Systems Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., known for delivering mission-critical software to the public sector across North America. The team values innovation, continuous learning, and strategic partnership to drive customer success and organizational growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise learning strategy, instructional design, learning technologies (including LMS platforms), change management, and team leadership. You will have the opportunity to shape the vision for customer training, influence cross-functional initiatives, and grow as a leader in learning and development within a stable, growing technology organization that invests in people and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • BSc/MSc in Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a relevant field
- • Experience in the strategic design and implementation of an enterprise learning strategy
- • Work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role
- • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- • Ability to travel up to 25% and hold a current, valid passport for international travel to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills
