- • As a Product Manager for CIS Infinity at Advanced Utility Systems (a Harris Computer company), you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a mission-critical Customer Information System and Utility Billing platform that serves customers in complex, regulated environments across North America and the Caribbean.
- • You will sit at the intersection of business, customers, and engineering, translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer insights into actionable product priorities while ensuring the platform delivers measurable value, security, scalability, and compliance.
- • Day to day, you will define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and market demands; translate customer feedback, usage data, and competitive insights into prioritized features and business cases; partner with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to align product direction with technical execution; influence architectural decisions to support long-term sustainability and extensibility; drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through outcome-focused solutions; and leverage modern analytics and AI tools to enhance product discovery and documentation.
- • You will collaborate with a cross-functional R&D team deeply committed to technical excellence and product impact, operating within Harris Computer Systems Corporation—a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. that invests in mission-critical software for public sector verticals including utilities, local government, healthcare, and public safety.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in regulated enterprise software, strengthen your ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution, and gain experience influencing technical and business decisions across global stakeholders—positioning you for senior product leadership in complex B2B environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise software environments
- • Proven ability to define product value and priorities, deciding what to build and in what order to achieve business outcomes
- • Strong business and market acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape
- • Demonstrated experience using customer feedback, product data, and market inputs to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions
- • Practical fluency with modern AI tools as an assistive capability for discovery, analysis, and documentation
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and clearly articulate trade-offs and priorities
- • Ability to navigate complexity, risk, and dependencies in regulated, high-volume, enterprise environments
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field
