📋 Description

• Lead multi-functional project teams toward completing work deliverables for implementation of mission critical software packages.
• Review statement of work and create an effective project plan to deliver on specified solution.
• Provide updates and manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of highest quality software solution and customer service.
• Manage project financials.
• Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and to reduce the impact on the client and project timelines.
• Conduct post implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Possess a deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
