• • The Retail Operations Lead at M-KOPA is responsible for ensuring the daily execution and performance of the retail channel across assigned stores in South Africa, directly impacting the company’s mission to expand financial access to underserved populations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Retail Team Leads through performance coaching, recruitment, onboarding, and development; driving sales performance via data tracking and improvement plans; conducting regular store visits to verify standards and stock discipline; monitoring for loss prevention; and serving as the operational liaison with internal teams such as Customer Care, Warehouse, IT, and Sales Operations.
