- • The BMET Leader role at GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. serves as the single point of contact for customers in a designated geographic region, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to biomedical equipment maintenance and support services. This position is critical to maintaining product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across service delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer relationships, leading and developing a team of biomedical equipment technicians, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating logistics and resources for field service operations, and acting as a technical resource for less experienced team members. The role also involves leading small projects, analyzing complex technical issues, and proposing solutions beyond standard procedures when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the Services & Customer Service Management job family)
- • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead technical teams with direct people management responsibilities
- • Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems
- • Established project management skills and ability to document, plan, and execute service programs
- • In-depth knowledge of biomedical equipment maintenance practices and how service operations integrate with broader organizational functions
