  • • Serve as the front-line leader in Illumio’s field organization, identifying and creating new sales opportunities within target Fortune 250 accounts using a named accounts approach to drive revenue growth
  • • Develop and execute a detailed territory plan focused on landing new business and expanding within existing accounts, engaging champions and sponsors to uncover and nurture sales opportunities
  • • Lead a virtual cross-functional team of ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors, and extended field resources to align on strategy and close complex enterprise deals ranging from $500k to over $1M
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other ecosystem partners to co-sell Illumio’s breach containment platform and maximize go-to-market impact
  • • Deliver tailored, high-impact teaching conversations that articulate the value of Illumio’s AI Security Graph and Zero Trust segmentation to prospects across all lines of business
  • • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and business objectives, ensuring alignment with Illumio’s quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management
  • • Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations, leveraging an existing rolodex of contacts in the region to accelerate deal progression
  • • Utilize a deep understanding of cybersecurity and networking software to articulate technical differentiation and overcome objections during complex enterprise sales cycles
  • • Proactively identify and capitalize on all potential sales channels, including direct outreach, partner-led initiatives, and market events, to drive urgency and momentum in deals
  • • Adapt swiftly to changing market dynamics and internal priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining consistent performance against aggressive quotas
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning based on real-world customer feedback and competitive insights
  • • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and compliance with CRM protocols to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting for leadership review
  • • Represent Illumio as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, positioning the company as the leader in ransomware and breach containment recognized by Forrester Wave™ for Microsegmentation
  • • Drive regional sales plans that integrate tightly with partner account managers and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term customer value realization
  • • Maintain a strong, active presence in the cybersecurity and enterprise software sales landscape through industry events, thought leadership, and professional networks
  • • Demonstrate consistent ability to exceed annual sales targets year-over-year through disciplined execution, strategic planning, and relentless pursuit of new business

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or networking software
  • • 5+ years of proven co-selling experience with a strong partner network (resellers, system integrators)
  • • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to C-suite executives across Fortune 250 organizations
  • • Strong existing rolodex of enterprise contacts within the target region
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • • Deep technical understanding of security software, Zero Trust, and microsegmentation concepts
