📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end pipeline generation targets by sourcing qualified S1 opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and event-driven engagement.
- • Build and iterate on outbound sequences using modern GTM tools such as Clay, Outreach, Phantombuster, and AI-powered outreach platforms, leveraging intent signals and product usage data.
- • Qualify marketing leads with speed and precision to ensure high-quality handoffs to Account Executives, maintaining strict standards for opportunity readiness.
- • Collaborate directly with Account Executives to strategize account and territory coverage, aligning outreach efforts with shared sales goals.
- • Pre-book meetings and drive attendance at field events, conferences, and other in-person or virtual sales engagements.
- • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies based on real-time performance data.
- • Track, analyze, and report on personal performance metrics including outbound velocity, response rates, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and total pipeline generated.
- • Proactively identify what messaging, targeting, and tooling are working or failing — and act on insights without waiting for direction or approval.
- • Operate with high autonomy in a newly established sales development function where playbooks do not yet exist; help define scalable processes from the ground up.
- • Work across both Core and Enterprise customer segments, tailoring outreach strategies to different buyer personas and decision-making structures.
- • Maintain a data-driven approach to sales development, using metrics to continuously optimize outreach patterns, cadences, and channel effectiveness.
- • Deliver tight, personalized, and high-converting outbound copy that resonates with marketing, eCommerce, retail, and DTC buyers.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Haus’s sales development function by bringing a point of view on tooling, workflow, and pipeline generation best practices.
- • Engage with leading brands in eCommerce, retail, and DTC industries to demonstrate how Haus’s incrementality platform drives up to 30x ROI on ad spend.
- • Support the broader GTM strategy by aligning outreach efforts with company-wide initiatives and product positioning around causal inference and marketing mix modeling.
- • Maintain a strong focus on efficiency and impact, prioritizing activities that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue acceleration.
- • Work in a fast-paced, lean environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action are essential to success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or a closely related GTM function at a B2B SaaS company
- • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling: Clay, Outreach, Phantombuster, or similar platforms with demonstrated ability to build and iterate sequences
- • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
- • High autonomy: experience building sequences, testing messaging, and iterating on targeting without being told exactly how
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity: ability to define processes in a function with no existing playbooks
- • Strong written communication skills: ability to craft tight, personalized, high-response outbound copy
