📋 Description

• Drive strategic key projects across multiple departments to enhance growth, profitability, and operational excellence within a fast-growing scale-up.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders at all organizational levels to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution with operational teams.
• Contribute directly to the company’s yearly business plan and corporate development by scoping projects, building business cases, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Lead initiatives focused on improving cost structures, increasing revenue, optimizing processes, and enabling scalable business solutions.
• Manage both long-term strategic initiatives and dynamic, ad hoc projects that arise during rapid company growth.
• Translate complex business and operational data into clear, compelling presentations and documentation for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Apply best practices from top-tier management consulting to solve ambiguous problems and deliver actionable, scalable outcomes.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership by identifying opportunities for disruption, innovation, and efficiency across the business.
• Support the company’s expansion efforts by analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with teams across product, operations, finance, and marketing to align strategic priorities with execution capabilities.
• Maintain a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset by continuously proposing fresh ideas and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Balance analytical rigor with practical implementation to bridge strategy and operations in a high-paced, evolving environment.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are grounded in operational reality and deliver measurable impact.
• Participate in shaping the company’s long-term vision by contributing insights from market analysis and internal performance metrics.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic startup environment while maintaining focus on core strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in top-tier management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, finance, or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in translating complex information into clear slides and documentation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and initiative to generate disruptive ideas
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
